Tim Sunderman is president of Builder Agent Network and is responsible for the operational and strategic direction of the group. Previously, he served as divisional vice president with Great American Insurance Group’s Property and Inland Marine division. In this role, he acted as director of the U.S. and Canadian homebuilder profit centers and as a Lloyd’s coverholder manager. He also worked closely with MGAs and program administrators to distribute the division’s products. Tim brings nearly two decades of insurance experience with an extensive background in residential construction, inland marine, commercial casualty, and program development and management. He is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati and holds several professional designations including the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU).

Jessica Goehring is vice president of business development for Builder Agent Network and is responsible for sales and marketing, agency relationships and distribution of the program. She concentrates on creating solutions for agents through product development, educational resources, and marketing campaigns.  Prior to this role, Ms. Goehring created niche programs for the construction and hospitality industries and acted as a producer for over fifteen years. This experience gives her a unique ability to understand the agent perspective. Ms. Goehring sits on the board for construction and hospitality industry associations and holds the Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) professional designation.

Debra Hankins is a Program Underwriter for Builder Agent Network. She underwrites new and renewal business for the general liability program in addition to maintaining agent relationships. Prior to joining our team, Debra worked at The Woodlands Financial Group as a commercial underwriter. Her responsibilities included underwriting, rating, sales, and marketing. Ms. Hankins has been in the insurance industry for over 30 years with specialization in construction industry for 12 years. With her rich background in the industry, Debra provides knowledge and expertise to our program.

Tena Mitchell is a Program Underwriter  for Builder Agent Network.  Prior to joining our team, Tena specialized in the Texas non-subscription market for 25 years.   She has been with our team since 2016 and brings coverage diversity and in-depth product knowledge.  Tena currently focuses on underwriting our builders risk program. She is our go to resource for this line of business
